Employees are provided on demand access to travel suppliers from all major GDSs and other proprietary sources. Itinerary Manager enhances and simplifies the travel procurement process. In addition, because Itinerary Manager is seamlessly integrated with Expense Manager and Policy Manager, companies can benefit from a true end-to-end travel and expense management system. Policy Manager Policy Manager automates workflow processes, controls and the adherence of corporate policies. The workflow engine ensures that the correct participants are involved and have access to relevant data at the appropriate phases of a process. Managers are empowered to make informative decisions without intensive research or labor. Policy Manager has a flexible design. It is highly configurable to accommodate control and policy requirements of various business environments. Through the incorporation of Policy Manager, corporations are better equipped with business intelligence to control their expenses, rectify ineffective policies, meet audit requirements and deter fraud. Expense Manager Expense Manager automates the expense reporting and reimbursement process. Employees are provided the ability to create and submit expense reports online via our intuitive interface. Managers can easily approve reports anytime and anywhere. When incorporated with our Policy Manager, managers can easily identity out-of-policy expenses and take the appropriate actions. Travel expense data is seamlessly ported to the expense report when used in conjunction with Itinerary Manager. Employees are spared the repetitive task of entering expense data. Expense Manager offers the ability to take advantage of the Tangible Payments Suite.TPS can easily be integrated to seamlessly handle payment of reimbursements. |
